Peaceful countryside living are what await you at this private upstate New York vacation rental overlooking one of the best views of Otisco lake on the eastern side of the Finger Lakes region. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath Villa nestled on 5 private & peaceful acres, has everything you need for a relaxing Friends & Family getaway. We offer a fully equipped kitchen and large open floor plan for gathering. Our Villa rental includes linens & bedding, Dove brand shampoo & bodywash, and ground coffee, just to name a few of the many amenities included for your stay. We offer the perfect place for those "Girls Weekends" and "Fun Family Retreats". Guys, don't feel left out, we have several golf courses close and many great upstate courses just a short drive away. Spend time outside in the hot tub or sit around the fire pit and share stories with your loved ones. We have several outdoor games for your use from corn hole, to ladder ball, and bocce. In the evenings gather on the huge lawn to play some games or take in an amazing sunset from the upper deck off the living room. Our 3000 sq. ft. villa has plenty of room for up to 8 guests and 2 dogs, to spread out and relax. Make sure to plan a visit to the many nearby wineries, breweries, restaurants, golf courses, & apple orchards, or rent a boat and spend the day on Otisco or Skaneateles lake. Take advantage of our close proximity to the eastern side of the Finger Lakes region and all that the lakes and surrounding communities have to offer. We are centrally located 25 minutes south of Syracuse & 25 minutes north of Cortland off Interstate 81. In the winter months snuggle up next to our wood fireplace for a romantic evening while you watch the snow fall on the lake, or find plenty of wintery fun visiting the 3 local ski areas just minutes away from our villa. Song Mountain (10 minutes) Labrador Mountain (16 minutes) Greek Peek (25 minutes) Snowmobiling trails are just a 100 yards off the end of our driveway and easily accessible (NY Registration required). Unplug from your daily grind and reconnect with friends & family while staying at our home. Remember, you're on vacation, relax, recharge, laugh a lot, and have fun.

Welcome and thank you so much for choosing to stay with us. We are your hosts, Jason & Emily. We are so grateful you have chosen our home to stay at. Tully is an amazing town and we love every minute we get to spend there. The community is always welcoming and we hope you will get to witness this too when you stay at our home. We love to visit our vacation home and spend time with our 2 dogs Shadow & Dakota. They love the large yard and love playing fetch all day long. We have 4 bedrooms: 1 Master bedroom with a king bed located on the 2nd floor 1 Trundle (daybed/pull-out) with two singles located on the 2nd floor 1 Secondary Master with a king located on the 1st floor 1 Queen bedroom located on the 1st floor All of our mattresses and pillows are covered with protectors. All bedding/sheets are provided. Each mattress has a duvet. Additional blankets are provided in each bedroom. |
